This is the last of my Winter series being offered at the Buddhist Center in Athmar Park on the corner of Bryant and Alameda. This class is an hour long and is for all experience levels. We will flow through some relaxing seated postures, engage in a small standing sequence followed by some nice cool down stretches and maybe a bit of core work if you're lucky! These classes are donation based so please come and join our community for this fun and approachable class. I'd love to see you there!
