This is a special fundraising event for The Her Initiative, a local non-profit partnering with Healing Waters International; which works to provide clean water for communities in developing countries.

The Her Initiative encourages women in these communities to take ownership of their health and hygiene through education and empowerment. 

This event will consist of an hour long workout beginning with a high intensity interval training (modifications provided) followed by a stretchy, calming yoga session. After the workout guests will have a social hour during which they can look at local vendor tables and raffle baskets. 

The event is 25$ and all proceeds go directly to The Her Initiative to provide clean water for women all over the world.
