This special community class is offered outdoors at Huston Lake Park in southwest Denver. All people, ages and experience levels are welcomed! This class is bilingual and includes mainly English cuing translated into Spanish. We meet outside on the lawn under the trees at the corner of Ohio and Vallejo. Please bring either a mat or beach towel as limited b are available on site. I keep things approachable for all levels and body types, so please come join the community for a fun and inclusive yoga class!
